Coronavirus: Appointment
The ombudswoman of the German-speaking community can make an appointment to talk to you over the phone. She can also send you a hyperlink by e-mail so that the first interview can take place by videoconference.
If a first interview takes place in the office of the Mediation Service, please observe the known precautions: Wash your hands, wear a mask and keep a distance of 1.5 meters. Please refrain from a meeting if you have had symptoms of illness in the last 14 days or call. Thank you very much.
