Extension of mandate as ombudsperson of Ms. Marlene Hardt
In item 10 of the agenda of the Parlement of the German-speaking Community of 30.1.2023 it was decided:
To discuss and vote on the proposed resolution of the Parliament to renew the mandate of Ms. Marlene Hardt as Ombudsperson of the DG for the period from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2029. In this regard, the relevant proposed resolution is available: In application of Article 6 of the Decree of May 26, 2009, creating the office of Ombudsperson of the DG, the Governing Board unanimously decided on January 23, 2021, to propose to the Plenary Assembly the renewal of the mandate of Ms. Marlene Hardt as Ombudsperson for the period from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2029. Does the Plenary Assembly agree with this proposal?
It does. Thus, Mrs. Hardt is designated as Ombudsperson of the German-speaking community for another six years and we congratulate you very much.
